Job Description
The Project Manager reporting to the Manager, Project Management plays an important role in Zaelab's Delivery team, supporting project execution from kickoff through launch. You'll help lead e-commerce implementations, coordinate with offshore development teams, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Success in this role means developing your ability to balance technical feasibility, client satisfaction, and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead e-commerce projects using Agile/Waterfall techniques that have been adapted to the best practices we have developed to meet our clients' needs
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
