Overview
We’re hiring a Creative Project Manager to run the day-to-day execution of our creative pipeline. You’ll make sure creators ship deliverables and revisions every day, stay motivated and growing, and that our systems continuously improve so nothing slips as volume scales.
You'll be part manager, part coach - we'll rely on you to motivate our team of creatives to improve and perform their best. At the same time, you'll be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency - as an agency, we're on track to produce tens of thousands of ads per month.
