Responsibilities
Monitor overall project progress and ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and present periodic project updates and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop cost estimations, evaluate progress claims, review interim certificates, and issue payment responses.
Identify potential project delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and implement preventive or corrective actions.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of project documentation.
Attend site meetings, maintain proper project records, and ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, including new data centre developments and upgrading works.
