  • Lead overall WHP offshore project execution, manage EPC package progress, coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, yard and offshore site teams.
  • Responsible for project baseline setup: schedule, cost, resource planning, risk identification and mitigation.
  • Daily liaison and regular reporting with client, owner, third-party inspection and subcontractors.
  • Control project quality, HSE performance, change order, variation and claim management.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to resolve technical, construction and offshore installation critical issues.
  • Monitor project milestone delivery, conduct project review, weekly/monthly progress report.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, contract administration and interface control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Civil, Marine, Mechanical, Petroleum or Offshore Engineering.
