Job Description
The Drilling Project Manager manages the company's day-to-day drilling, production and engineering operations. Manages the planning and execution of drilling, development and reserves analysis projects. The Drilling Operations Manager manages the proper use of equipment and maintenance planning. Plans and develops revisions or improvements to solve drilling and repair problems. May give input in developing budget. Able to resolve escalating problems arising from operations that require coordination with other departments.
- Analyze and design drilling plans according to data and production rate. Analyze, design and monitor engineering well sites and prepare reports.
- Assist and supervise the drilling team (DD and RC) and production personnel to carry out well designs and drilling in a cost-effective manner. Preparing and summarizing progress reports for management and clients.
