Project Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and close‑out of major residential projects, including villas and high‑rise developments.
- Ensure milestones are met within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Review structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate complex engineering methodologies, including heavy machinery setup such as tower cranes, deep excavations, and specialized foundation systems.
- Work closely with Quantity Surveying (QS) and procurement teams to manage variations.
- Verify material submittals and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
- Optimize project cash flow.
- Manage the submission and approval process with local Dubai authorities.
