Project Manager – High-rise Construction
Lead and manage all phases of high-rise construction projects from initiation to handover. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and issues. Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Manage procurement, subcontractors, and site teams effectively. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction within the UAE.
- Proven experience managing high-rise building projects.
- Must have successfully completed at least one full high-rise project lifecycle.
