Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all phases of interior projects from initial concept to final handover ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
