Job Description
Responsible for managing improvement works and projects at the Client’s premises, including conducting feasibility studies, cost budgeting, project planning, supervision and certification of final accounts.
Coordinate and oversee projects to ensure that works is completed safely, within budget, within approved timelines and in accordance with contractual and technical requirements.
Prepare, monitor and submit regular project progress reports, including updates on timelines, project milestones, costs, risks and budget expenditure.
Liaise and coordinate with Clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth implementation of projects and timely resolution of project-related matters.
Work closely with consultants and relevant stakeholders to ensure all authorities’ submissions, approvals, permits and clearances are obtained on time, including submissions required for commencement ...
