Project Manager / Employers Agent (Cladding / Highrise) London / Sidcup / Hybrid £70 - 80k We are working with a well-established and highly respected multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy to recruit a Project Manager / Employers Agent to join their team in London. As a Project Manager / Employer's Agent, you will support the delivery of complex faade and cladding remediation schemes from inception through to completion. Acting as the client's representative, you'll coordinate project teams, manage procurement and construction activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently. You will work closely with clients, contractors, fire engineers, faade specialists, and consultants, providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
