Project Manager & Estimator ( Construction ) Glen Mills, PA Yearly Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 Responsibilities: Project Management Oversee day to day management of construction projects, regarding safety, on time and within budget Work closely with head estimator review project plans, bid on projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation Coordinate with Estimators, Project Managers, and Supervisors before project starts Review all contract terms, drawings, and safety plans Anticipate project needs, including equipment, subcontractors, and team assignments Establish a safety plan and ensure compliance with all safety protocols Set clear goals for supervisors and crews, provide daily/weekly check-ins to ensure progress and troubleshoot issues Monitor costs, manpower, and materials to ensure that the project stays within budget Track billing and change orders to avoid cost overruns Update clients and management on project progress, address concerns promptly, maintain good relationships Iden...
