Project Manager – Filled

The Role

Reporting to the GM, the essence of this role will provide critical support to property and commercial development initiatives of Ngāti Whakaue. Demonstrated expertise in project management, superior communications and strong relationship management skills are essential. A high level of cultural competency is necessary to effectively engage with Iwi, Key Stakeholders and Contractor workforce along with many Strategic Partners.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate development projects from conception through to successful outcomes

Draft and prepare comprehensive reports and business feasibility proposals for review

Engage actively with Iwi, Key Stakeholders, Contractor workforce to foster effective relationships

Undertake on-site management to ensure projects meet key strategic objectives
