Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project execution, managing provincial teams, coordinating with multi-sector stakeholders, and ensuring the achievement of conservation, biodiversity, and operational targets. This role requires strong leadership, cultural sensitivity, stakeholder diplomacy, and the ability to operate effectively in remote and field-based environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of forest conservation, biodiversity, and livelihood initiatives
- Manage project plans, budgets, KPIs, and provincial operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IP communities, LGUs, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), NGOs, and corporate partners
