Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead HV substation projects (132kV/220kV), ensuring successful EPC delivery from design to commissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, utilities (DEWA/SEWA), and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead project teams and drive performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
- 8-15 years of experience in HV substation/EPC projects
- Strong knowledge of DEWA/SEWA standards and approvals
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
