Job Description
Project Leadership
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects (focus on VRV, VRF, and DX).
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources, materials, subcontractors, and site activities.
Commercial & Financial
- Prepare and track project budgets and cost reports.
- Assist with pricing variations, managing claims, and identifying commercial risks.
- Work with the Head of Projects to ensure project profitability is maintained.
Technical Supervision
- Interpret HVAC designs, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet technical and quality standards.
- Liaise with consultants and clients for approvals, inspections, and commissioning.
