The Role
The Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of the project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, communicate, control, close). The role requires familiarity with system scope and project objectives to assemble the project team, assign responsibilities, and develop a schedule to ensure timely completion. The Project Manager measures performance using appropriate tools, identifies and quantifies variances, performs corrective actions, and communicates status and risks to all stakeholders while ensuring adherence to quality standards for deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Manages projects from conception to production, ensuring delivery meets budget, timeline, and quality standards with guidance of a Buddy PM.
