Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project execution to achieve targets as per the finalized schedule.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, with zero defects, and within budget.
- Support process owners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and clear communication.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for vendor development and inspection, placing orders efficiently to prevent excess inventory.
- Review project execution status with process owners, document challenges, and report to Execution Heads.
- Assess resource requirements and coordinate with Execution Heads and HR for necessary actions.
- Identify and implement training needs for the project team in collaboration with HR.
