Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure delivery
Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Provide clear progress reports and updates to stakeholders
