Objective
To oversee the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects by managing scope time budget and quality. The Project Manager ensures alignment with client expectations regulatory requirements and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall project delivery coordination and stakeholder communication.
Develop project plans schedules and execution strategies.
Manage budget control resource allocation and risk management.
Ensure timely submission of monthly and bi-weekly reports.
Oversee site inspections quality control and health & safety adherence.
Interface with the client contractor and subcontractors on all key issues.
Review project progress against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
