Responsibilities
To manage and deliver ICT projects by defining scope, developing project plans, allocating resources, and ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role ensures adherence to internal governance frameworks and alignment with business strategy while driving continuous improvement and innovation within the ICT environment.
Requirements
- Project Management Certification (PMP / PRINCE2 / PMBOK or equivalent)
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
- 3+ years in Service Desk or Customer Service Management
- 3+ years in System Administration
- 3–5 years in a senior supervisory or ICT management capacity
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
