Key Responsibilities
- Manage interior fit‑out projects from planning and mobilization through to final handover and defects resolution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to approved quality standards.
- Coordinate across design teams, site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, joinery production, and clients to maintain project momentum and resolve execution issues.
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, BOQs, material procurement plans, and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise site activities daily — monitor progress, ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications, and manage labour and subcontractor teams on‑site.
- Control project costs including variations, change orders, and budget adherence; track expenditures and flag overruns before they escalate.
