Project Management Map contracts and statements of work to project management plans incorporating project approach, communication and risk management strategies Creates and executes Project work Plans (Project Charter) and Project Schedule Manages day‑to‑day operational aspects of a project and scope Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards Minimizes our exposure and risk on project Define inherent project risks and map out mitigation plans with appropriate communication to company and client executive management Effectively raise and manage Change Requests as per the governance set out in the Statement of Work.
