Position: Project Manager ()

Tokyo, Japan
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:15 PM (1-hour break)
Team Structure:
Team Size: 8 members
Reporting Line: Reports to Senior Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution for industrial equipment and system integration projects
- Plan and monitor project progress including schedule, budget, and resources
- Handle customer communication from order stage to final handover
- Support sales team with technical inputs, system concepts, and quotation reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and global stakeholders
- Manage risks and maintain project documentation
- Prepare project reports and forecasts using ERP tools (SAP preferred)
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
