- Manage and monitor the project, staffing plans, budgets, and minutes of meetings.
- Plan and supervise project activities and resolve routine project issues during project execution.
- Define and manage project scope, teams and resources.
- Perform regular project communication with the client and management and report project progress.
- With the help of the relevant leads, define project SOPs, parameters, i.e., timelines, manpower requirements, risks, estimates, etc.
