Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in landed residential projects (Terrace, Semi-D, Bungalow). The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional capable of managing project execution from ground-breaking to handover, with a strong focus on site coordination, budget control, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: Manage the construction process for landed residential projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and quality standards. Site & Team Coordination: Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Support and guide junior project engineers and coordinators.
