This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects supporting national security initiatives in Texas
• Lead day-to-day project execution for large federal design-build construction projects
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project
• Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
