Job Description

BASIC FUNCTIONS:




Responsible for applying the appropriate knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to manage the

different project processes.

DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review approved project plan and specification for completeness and within BDO standards.
  • Participate in the Pre-bid meetings and actual site inspection and check plan versus actual site condition.
  • Conduct Technical meeting with contractor and Building Admin for project implementation.
  • Secure Building permits forms from office of the building official.
  • Submit signed and sealed plans to building admin for approval.
  • Prepares all the necessary documentation needed for the building permit.
  • Conducts pre-construction meeting prior to mobilization of contractor.
  • Coordinate with departments concerned on the project and deliverable scope.
