Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with engineers designers clients consultants and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Oversee the installation of marine barriers ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Handling projects and paperwork from start until the end with focus on project closing documents invoicing
- Documentation oF Project related paperwork Method Statements Risk Assessments and Progress reports.
- Manage daily operations onsite including labor equipment and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
