Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Construction, the primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and manage the construction activities for Pure Industrial. The Project Manager is accountable for planning and executing the Landlord’s work, and corporate offices, assisting in the review of the Tenant’s work and executing capital work as required. This position works across a wide variety of functional areas and teams including departmental leads, external advisors, consultants, vendors and other third parties to ensure successful tracking, reporting and execution of all projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving, project management, communication and facilitation skills. They should also be passionate, committed, and have strong attention to detail. They should have a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects in compliance with lease terms, on time and on budget.
