Job Description
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of new store openings.
This role is responsible for ensuring every store is launched on time, within budget, and as per brand standards by coordinating architects, contractors, vendors, landlords, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own complete New Store Opening (NSO) project lifecycle from site handover to store launch.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and milestone trackers.
Coordinate with architects, PMCs, contractors, vendors and landlords.
Monitor civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, signage, technology, and fixture installations.
Conduct regular site visits and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
Track project costs and ensure budget adherence.
Drive statutory approvals and compliance requirements wherever applicable.
