The candidate will be responsible for project planning, client coordination, requirement gathering, team management, implementation, testing, training, Customer Support, Client Testimonials, Project-related escalations and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage complete Zoho implementation projects including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Recruit and other Zoho applications. Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis sessions with clients. Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
