Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
o Define project goals and objectives.
o Develop project plans, timeline and milestones in coordination with multiple workstreams
o Identify risks and impediments and manage resources to achieve project goals.
o Communicate progress to stakeholders and facilitate team meetings.
• Change Management:
o Conduct change impact assessments and develop change management plans.
o Define change objectives and success criteria, and establish communication strategies.
o Evaluate risks and guide the team through required milestones.
• Workstream Coordination:
o Collaborate with the project leadership team on schedule and risk management to ensure timely delivery.
• Partnership Engagement:
o Create and maintain project plans and schedules in collaboration with J&J and external 3PL and 4PL partners.
