POSITION SUMMARY:
Lane Office, a leading New York based office furniture dealer and interior construction sub-contracting firm, is adding to its team and seeks a Project Manager. The successful candidate will join a fast paced and dynamic team and work cross functionally with internal partners and management to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, and will be part of a collaborative culture.
You will manage all aspects of a project from initiation to planning, execution, occupancy, and closeout. Work directly with customers to define project requirements and expectations. Analyze and propose solutions, assess risks, and track/ communicate project milestones through project process to make sure customer remains informed and is happy with their new office space. Work efficiently with external project team (Architect, GC, Electrician, Data Vendors, etc.) to ensure the project runs smoothly from inception to completio...
