Key Responsibilities
1. Continuous Improvement & Productivity Optimization
Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve process flow and eliminate waste.Conduct workflow studies (UPH/CT, line balancing, ergonomics, layout redesign) to enhance productivity.Develop and standardize SOPs, best practices, and operational frameworks.Analyse performance trends and implement actions to reduce cost, improve throughput, and enhance efficiency. 2. Operational Excellence Governance
