Responsibilities

- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is a must.
- Proven working experience in project management for at least 7 years.
- Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
