Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management, including scope, timeline, quality, effort, and resources across business, technology, contractors, and operations.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans; analyse proposals to manage schedule and budget variances.
- Define and track project deliverables, milestones, and activities to ensure timely completion.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple countries, handling escalation, expectation alignment, conflicts, and scope changes.
- Oversee project governance activities including investment approval decks, PSC meetings, and steering committee updates.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring governance and escalation processes are followed.
