- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and progress.
- Attend site walks and meetings resolve issues promptly with all stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, align with main contractor's master schedule, and handle delays.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Ensure Engineers and Supervisors follow the latest approved drawings.
- Oversee and manage all project drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
- Handle contract documents like Extension of Time (EOT), Variation Orders (VO), and claims.
- Prepare and submit site progress claims verify subcontractors' claims for accuracy.
- Enforce safety rules and PPE requirements with site safety officers.
