Traylor Bros., Inc . has an opening for a Project Manager - Post Tensioning at 15015 East Freeway B, Channelview, Texas 77530 . 40 hrs/wk; 9am - 5pm; M-F.
Responsibilities: Confers with, and directs, supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning/executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays; directs activities of workers on projects for construction of bridges, locks, dams, underground tunnel systems, etc.; manages multiple labor crews and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this group which includes craft employee union/non-union and subcontractors; studies specifications to plan procedures for construction based on starting and completion times, as well as staffing requirements for each phase of construction; inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adheres to construction schedules; proc...
