Key Responsibilities:- 1. Project Leadership & Strategic Execution End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the entire lifecycle of precast project from initial planning, factory/yard setup (if applicable), production, transport, to final on-site erection. Timeline & Budget Management: Establish detailed project milestones and strictly manage the project budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and zero cost overruns. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, government authorities, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication. 2. Precast Production & Technical Oversight Factory & Yard Operations: Manage the output, quality, and efficiency of the precast manufacturing facility dedicated to this project. Value Engineering: Review structural drawings and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize precast element designs for cost, transportability, and ease of erection.
