We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position Project Manager & Problem Solving Leader (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Deeply analyze and understand complex technical problems impacting FAL & VSM (Value Stream Management)
  • Lead and orchestrate multi-functional teams (MFT) to collaboratively address and resolve identified issues
  • Develop clear and comprehensive process descriptions for current and future state solutions
  • Conduct thorough assessments of the industrial impact of problems and proposed solutions
  • Drive the development of innovative to-be solutions, leveraging design and technology
  • Perform detailed cost and benefit analyses for proposed solutions to ensure their viability and value
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks while seizing opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle
