Responsibilities: Lead, plan, and manage the project from inception to completion Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with LTA standards and regulations Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, risk management plans, and cost controls Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including LTA, government agencies, and internal management Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
