Technical Program Manager
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations and product initiatives. You will drive program execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery for healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of SaaS programs from planning to go-live
- Drive execution across Engineering, Product, QA, and Client Success teams
- Track milestones, manage risks (RAID), and ensure on-time delivery
- Lead Agile/SAFe processes including PI planning and release management
- Communicate program status to clients and leadership
- Maintain governance, dashboards, and delivery metrics in Jira/Azure DevOps
