- Prepare and review site development plans , grading plans, drainage plans, road layouts, and utility designs.
- Conduct and supervise topographic, boundary, and construction surveys in coordination with survey teams.
- Analyze survey data, geotechnical reports, and engineering studies to ensure accurate project design and execution.
- Oversee and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Perform quantity take-offs , cost estimates, and prepare engineering reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies for permits, inspections, and project approvals.
- Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and recommend effective engineering solutions.
