Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.
  • Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.
  • Manage the project schedule & lead activities towards the successful closure of the project including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period.
  • During project maintenance, lead the application maintenance and support services covering:
- Contract Management - Service Level Management (SLM) - Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritization) - Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure) - Audit and Security Services - Risk Management
