Job Description
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is performed in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
- Monitor construction methods materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, contractors and local authorities to resolve technical issues and site challenges.
- Review and approve construction shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
- Monitor quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
- Assist in reviewing contractor claims, variations and progress payments.
- Attend project and coordination meetings as required.
