Project Manager - Residential Contractor - Dublin
Office/Project Location: Dublin
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Location:Dublin City Centre project
Pay: €75K- €95K and negotiable dependent on experience, company benefits package
Experience: 5-7+ years in a similar role on residential builds
Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required
Our client is a Midlands based Irish building and civil contractor who have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Hospitality, Commercial and Industrial.
They have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee large scale residential developments based in Dublin. This is a permanent staff role with a strong work order book.
Manage site staff and all sub-contractors on a day to day basis to ensure works are progressing as planned.
