Job Description
Assists the Construction Manager in overseeing day-to-day site works.
Essential Job Functions- Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
- Monitor the daily progress of work-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing necessary.
- Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievements and milestones.
- Produce weekly site progress reports and necessary submissions.
- Attend meetings, and conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control by authority requirements.
