Job Description
HR intern (Employee Relations, Reward and Recognition, Payroll, Recruitment and Administration)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Design, Fitout & Maintenance Operations.
- Responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation of an entire project through budget management, supplier sourcing, technical design implementation, contractors, planning of project fitout & quality control.
- Develop goals, establish priorities, deliver strategies & directs shopfitter & vendors on projects at hand.
- Responsible to prepare paperwork such as site reports, handover reports, letters & project documentation where required & delivered within stipulated timeline.
- Responsible for preparing, review & approval of bill of quantities, tender evaluation, vendor invoices associated with store build development & maintenance expenditure.
- Provide daily, weekly & monthly reporting to team members & HQ.
