Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete lifecycle of luxury residential projects from concept to handover
- Oversee design development to ensure alignment with luxury standards and brand vision
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors specializing in high‑end projects
- Control project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and risk registers
