Responsible for the overall planning and execution of multiple projects, simultaneously, consisting of various precast/pre-stressed concrete productsEngaging in various responsibilities from budget analysis, issuing subcontracts, scope reviews, requisitions, change management and ongoing communication to complete projectsScheduling drawing submittals, hardware and delivery of material to jobsites as well as submitting monthly progress claims and approving invoicesConsistently meeting client requirements for safety, quality, schedule, and cost Recognizing key issues and acting in a timely manner to expedite solutions both internally and externallyProviding daily leadership to Project Coordinators and Administrators, is a team player and provides contribution through constructive communicationSolve problems and make decisions that will provide the best outcome for our projects and our companyOther ...
